Canada Counts

countcan-header_r1_c2The 2001 Canada Year Book, published by Statistics Canada helps to tell the stories behind the numbers. Canada Counts is a collaborative project of Statistics Canada and The Galileo Educational Network created to facilitate Canadian’s understanding of the social, economic and cultural forces that shape our nation. A Wintercount was one way that several Plains tribes recorded their history. Students can create their own version of a Wintercount.
