Case Study on Adaptive Expertise

In this case study, teachers consistently and effectively used evidence of student learning to help inform their next teaching steps and to respond to the emerging needs of their students. These iterative cycles were used on an ongoing basis, which further developed the teachers’ adaptive expertise and ultimately improved student outcomes.
